Company Policy


We want all customers to be happy and satisfied with their lashes. However, due to sanitary purposes and health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges allowed on all lashes or lash applicators (ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON LASHES AND APPLICATORS). All other products have to be returned within 5 days after the delivery date, with no defects on the product(s) for a store credit. After your item(s) have been reviewed, you will receive a store credit on your exchanged item(s). 


There are several options for shipping rates. If you select the 1 day shipping option ("USPS Priority Mail" and "USPS Priority Mail Express") after 4pm on weekdays and 11am on weekends, your purchases will be shipped the following day. In order to get the most out of your lashes, the following information is valuable knowledge to help you maintain your KristStyle Lashes. Immediately after each use be sure to carefully remove glue from the band, while the glue is still soft and store lashes in the original packaging to keep its shape. Be very careful when removing glue from the band, to prevent damage to the band. Tweezers are recommended when removing the glue, because that will provide precise removal of the glue.

  1. During the booking process a non-refundable deposit fee is due, the deposit fee varies based on the package you select. 
  2. When arriving to receive service, please come alone (no children, nor other people allowed at appointments).
  3. Please arrive to all appointments with a clean face ready to receive services.
  4. Please be on time for appointments. If you are 10 minutes or more late there will be an additional $15 late fee added to your bill.
